2. Educational Option: "The Pursuit"

PFLAG Cleveland monthly educational will feature "The Pursuit."

"The Pursuit" is a reflection on the fight for LGBT rights, more than 50 years since protesters gathered in front of Independence Hall and called for an end to discrimination against homosexuals. Contrasting stories from LGBT experiences past and present, a complex and vibrant picture emerges that demonstrates both how far the community has come and how far there is left to go (whyy.com)

This is offered as an alternative to PFLAG Cleveland's monthly support group meeting. Those interested in attending should plan to join PFLAG Cleveland members in the main support group room just prior to the support group meeting.

Education options will now be hosted on the upper level of Trinity Commons.

• February 02, 7:00pm: PFLAG Cleveland Southwest Support Group.

  • Southwest UU Church, North Royalton, Ohio.

  • This support group is offered as a convenient alternative for those who live in the Southwest suburbs of Greater Cleveland. PFLAG Cleveland Southwest's support groups are held on 1st Thursdays of the month.

Inclement winter weather can interfere with our ability to hold regular support group meetings. Check first with Trinity Commons (216-771-3630) for information on event cancellations. If Trinity has cancelled events, our support group is also cancelled. We will announce cancellations via e-mail and on our website.
